4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use automated systems (bots, spiders) to scrape data from the Platform.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Platform.
• Violate any applicable local, state, or international laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

MB&U Properties is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB&U Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform or interactions between users.
